Hello All we live in reresby court, as Tennants, how ever we are affected by all the issues mentioned. dont know if i can be of any help ? but I am a building fabric maintenance technition, for a national company, with high security clearance, for government buildings and banks etc regards wayne

Lots of us are tenants too, and it is really nice that you care too, not just the owners.

Because all of these things do affect us all and the more people who get involved and have a voice will have a good effect on the various sites.

Parking, late night noise and people being generally inconsiderate are some of the problems.

Maybe with your security clearance you could get james bond to take out the perpetrators! haha.

Hi I am interested also, flat owner in 3D, moved in recently.
Who do we actually report problems to at the moment then?
What do Opco actually do as I have been reporting some issues to them (basically cos I received a recent letter from them).

Have been ringing Opco on 08701 646726 and Taylor Wimpey customer Care on 02920 534700. Any other numbers I should be ringing to get something done?

The lift in 3D is currently broken since last night, jammed on 9th floor. Walking down 9 floors ain't so bad, not looking forward to this evening though.
